Customer Advisory: Chinese New Year Production Schedule

As we approach the upcoming Chinese New Year  (CNY) celebration, we would like to inform you about our production schedule changes and efforts to minimize any potential disruptions to your orders and season starts dates.

China Production Interruption Dates: 22 January to 9 February 2025

During this period, all our China staff and factories will have their annual holiday break with temporary shutdown and reduced production capacity. 

We have alternate global factories that will remain operational and will fulfill new and urgent orders during the CNY holiday. Please note using new factories may have variations in fabric, colour and manufacturing method. Our size, fit and pattern specifications are controlled by us and will remain the same.

Impacted Items 

Repeat Orders of Custom Items Made in China

Repeat orders received from January 17th until February 9th will begin processing on February 10th. Expected delivery times are 6-8 weeks or late April delivery. This will maintain the consistency of colours and fabrics with previous orders.

New Orders Custom Made Hosiery & Accessories

New orders for custom made socks, scarves, beanies and caps received after January 17th until February 9th will begin processing February 10th with expected delivery times of 6-8 weeks.

Normal Production Times

New Orders of Custom Made Apparel 

No changes are expected as new client orders for custom-made apparel will be processed outside of China with standard 4-6 week processing.

AUS Stock Suppliers and C2C AUS Warehouse Stock Items

No changes are expected

Lead time for offsite/warehouse stock items in AUS is 2-3 weeks.

For ready-in-stock items, dispatch is 24 hours if blank and 3 working days or 72 hours if decoration is needed.

 Communication and Support

C2C Online Concierge is available Monday to Friday, 7AM to 11PM AEDT and will remain operational during the CNY holiday.

We encourage you to communicate any urgent concerns, revise your order forecasts, or seek assistance with any specific requirements during this time. 

Plan Ahead

For customers with competition starting between March to April, we encourage you to reach out to us before the holiday starts to help you plan early especially if you have specific deadlines. This will ensure timely production and delivery plus greater savings for you.
